Abstract
Advances in information technology is growing rapidly. The transition from manual system to computerized system will help Nirwana Hotel to process employees data. Data processing of existing employees will also be converted into a desktop application with ASP.NET including recruitment, payroll and job scheduling with genetic algorithms. The advantage of this application for the Human Resources staff is to process employee data, recruitment, payroll and job scheduling and make it faster to get more information about the organization's employees in Hotel Nirwana and other related information.
