Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh analisis rasio terhadap perubahan laba. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan data yang berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan Property and Real Estate periode 2011-2012. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji regresi secara simultan, uji regresi secara parsial, dan koefisien determinasi yang diuji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio,dan Profit Margin Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Sedangan variabel Total Asset Turnover memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Berdasarkan uji secara simultan disimpulkan bahwa Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Profit Margin Ratio, dan Total Asset Turnover memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan laba.
