Abstract
Business process modelling is a very important first step in generating an integrated enterprise information systems. The benefits of business process modelling for the organization is to clarify the characteristics and goals of the organization. This research conducted in main branch of Bandung DayTrans Executive Shuttle. Analysis is done by collecting data and information through interviews and direct observation of business processes and technologies used to DayTrans employees. Business processes described using IDEF0 model for reservation process. IDEF0 is a designed method for decisions, actions, and activities of the organization or system. IDEF0 help a systems analyst to promote good communication with customers. The results of this research can be explained that business process in ticket reservation can be described using IDEF0. IDEF0 is a very useful model to explain the processes related to the work environment. IDEF0 can explain complex technical matters to everyone, both technical and non technical people as a whole process.
