Abstract
In this age of information, the development of web application is important. Almost all corporation have one or more website to support their business. Even now, individuals have a personal webpages. One of programming language able to create web application is PHP, stands for Hypertext Preprocessor. This language capable of building from a simple web application to a complex one. To be able creating a web application rapidly, programmer need a best tool. The goal of this application is to help users, to create a PHP web application rapidly. This application provide code-completion and code-template to help users writing their code. This application has plugin system, which,enable users to build their own functionality to the application without have to change it. Along with the development of this application, the code-completion feature is running with a minor problem.
