Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identifying trading effectiveness at company and controller role in trading control to support trading effectiveness. Thirty participant are involved from PT. Astra International, Tbk TSO (Auto 2000). Analytical descriptive and analytical statistic are used in the research. Field research and library research are used for technicque to get the data. The increasing of sales revenue from Rp 35.548.889.903 to Rp 43.495.663.220 indicated trading effectiveness at company. Correlation coeffisient 0,478, percentage for determination coefficient 22,84% and acceptable hypotesis 2,88 > 2,048. The result show that controller quite a lot have a role in trading control to support trading effectiveness at PT.Astra International,Tbk TSO (Auto 2000).
