Abstract
The operational audit is a audit that have a purpose to judge the efficiency and effectivity company, are: 1) judge the achievement 2) identified the chance to improvement 3) make some recommendation to improvement or next activity The research has been held in CV. SEJATI UTAMA RAHARJA that located on Jl. Gede Bage No. 180, Bandung. The main purpose of this research are a) to known the sale policy b) to known the internal controlling about selling function a company c) to known the role of maintenance as a tools to increase the effectivity and efficiency activity. This data source has been separated by primary data and secondary data. Primary data is a data that has been get directly, and secondary data, a data that get by mediator. The researcher use observation method. Observation is a process of subject, object, and systematic thing without a question from population habit quotation. The role of operational audit in a company has been purposed to push the effectivity and eficiency that include purpose, target, and organizational procedures. Operational auditor have to follow some procedures of a case with fully responsible to discover and give some information to the management about various operation problem. The real purpose is to help management solving various problems with recommended various act that necessary.
