Abstract
The purpose of the research is to find out and study the accounting information of raw materials inventories applied in a company, to find out the role of accounting information in supporting the company’s production process, and to find out the role of accounting information inventories of raw materials system in processes support the smooth production. The object of the research is PT. Pan Asia Jaya Abadi which works on textile industry. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The writer gathered the data by interviewing, observing, and distributing questionnaires to some workers in the company. Furthermore she also did library research to collect secondary data to support the research. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the accounting information of raw materials inventories system on PT. Pan Asia Jaya Abadi has been effectively implemented. So, the writer can concluded that the proper appliance of the accounting information inventories of raw materials plays a good role in the production process.
