Abstract

One of the companies that sell services is bank. Now many banks are liquidated because have bad management so can cause losses for bank and investors. How to avoid losses, we need to analyze the bank's performance through analysis of CAMEL. The purpose of this research is to know how many the influence of the CAMEL ratio on change of earnings. Data are used data from 10 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2004-2008. Data are analyzed the multiple linear regression method. The result of this research are Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Gross Profit Margin, and Leverage Margin do not have significant influence on the changes of earnings both partially and simultaneously.
