Abstract
The objective of this research is to proving the influence of bank financial healthy valuation on the fluctuation of bank’s common stock price in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE). The bank financial healthy valuation is measured by changes of financial ratios (Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Equity (ROE), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)), which is compared with previous period. Meanwhile, the changes of stock price is measured by prices differentiation before and after financial statement publication date. The research used causal method. The objects of this research were Conventional Bank that were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) and audited. Beside that, the objects had published the financial statement for the period 2006 and 2007, and also had fluctuative stock prices. Statistical method that was used in this research is to test t and F tests derived from multiple linier regression analysis is first performed classical assumption test, at 5% significance level. The results of first hypothesis shows there is an influence of bank financial healthy valuation (CAR, NPL, ROE, LDR) to changes of bank’s stock prices is accepted. It means that CAR, NPL, ROE and LDR has significant influence to bank’s stock price around financial statement publication date simultaneously. The second hypothesis states there is partial influence, only NPL and LDR that have significant influence to bank’s stock prices. And the other variables (CAR and ROE) does not have significant influence to bank’s stock price partially.
