Abstract
At one company, the sales activities of both cash and credit plays a very important because it is a source of revenue for the company. Therefore, companies need to develop accounting systems sales to increase sales activity. Because indirectly by the implementation of an adequate accounting system in the company will increase the company's sales activity is a supporting factor in increasing the company's revenue. On the basis that the author took the title "The Role of Accounting Information System In order to Improve Sales Sales Activities", and carry out case studies on PT Slamet Langgeng Purbalingga located in Central Java. This study is a survey of companies engaged in the food industry Purbalingga located in Central Java that aims to determine whether there is influence between accounting information systems with increased sales of sales activity. With the identification of issues How accounting information system is implemented corporate sales and how the role of accounting information systems in increasing sales activity. Sample consisted of 44 persons involved in sales activity in PT.Slamet Langgeng. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. Before the regression conducted first two statistical tests that test the validity and reliability testing. The results of the analysis showed that there is influence between the sales accounting information systems with increased sales activity in PT.Slamet Langgeng. From the results of data processing obtained regression equation Y = -0.876 + 1.175 X. 1.175 This means every change in the variable X, then Y will increase -0.876. or in other words if there is no additional X then there is no influence, if any additions of X then the impact will occur. In addition, it can be seen from the t test (t test) conducted with the results calculated for 14.696 t bigger than t tables of 2.021, so that H0 is rejected. Conclusions reached are sales accounting information system is implemented in PT.Slamet Langgeng support increased sales activity.
