Abstract
Investors need information before taking a decision to invest. The information required is the financial statements. Investors need accurate financial information, which can provide confidence and certainty in investing. It is often considered by investors is the net income and cash flow. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the total net income and cash flow have a significant impact the stock prices on both partially or simultaneously. The data used are net income and total cash flow on entities incorporated in the LQ45 companies period 2006-2008. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that partially, net income significantly affect stock prices, while total cash flow does not significantly affect the stock price. Simultaneously, the net income and total cash flow used significantly affect the stock price.
