Abstract

This research is conducted to know the Influence of Cash Flow Statement and Earnings Per Share to Share Return simultaneously and partially. The research method which used is descriptive and verificative methods wish survey approach. The population is the textile company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchangefor period 2009-2011. Statistic test which used in this research is multiple regression, which simultaneously influence was tasted by using F test and partially influence ware tasted by using t test. The results prove that the components of cash flow and Earnings Per Share simultaneously has significant influence but not on share returns. Operating cash flow (AKO) partially have a significant impact on share returns, while investing cash flows (AKI), financing cash flow (AKP), and Earnigs Per Share (EPS) has have an influence but not significant effect on share returns.
