Abstract
The tax enforcement letter issued if the taxpayers do not pay in accordance to the tax regulation. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of tax enforcement letter on income tax and value added tax received at tax office. This research used hypothesis test method. The data in this research are taken from tax service office Pratama Bojonagara Bandung and tax office service Pratama Cibeunying Bandung in the period 2008-2010. The data are analyzed using regression method. The result showed that the tax enforcement letter have no influence on income tax and value added tax received.
