Abstract
The existence of a monuments is returned to authority of the user which are public/society that surrounds. Thought of some experts none of the less strenghtening the importance of public or society as users of space to appreciate, interprete and respond so many things that relate the existence of the monument and public space/monumental space. Factor of passion, experience background, various interest and so is the role of capitalism as global system also influencing behaviour, activity and public understanding of this monument and public space/monumental space that surrouns. Authors try to combine and seek some corespondence between first reality system and second reality system. The first reality system in this case is the understanding of monument in general and combine with the second reality system to summerize between various thoughts, understandings and concepts of some experts while discussing the society with their relation to the monument and the public space that surrounds.
