Abstract
Since modernization has spread all over Indonesia, the existence of a house and its aspects had been changed. The form and type classification of the house into traditional house, semi modern house, and modern house, become evidence the transformations of house based on the phase of human civilization and technology. The existence of house assumed not only as a residence and to avoid nature dangers, but a house has its particular form and meaning for who stay in it. This research refers to physical aspects, non physical aspects, and the meaning Sundanese traditional house. The Sundanese traditional house physical aspects and non physical aspects analyzed by its meaning or cosmology the existence of Sundanese traditional house based on Paradox Theory.
