Abstract

People are the only source of active locomotion in business organizations. The existence of the company is very closely related to their real performance. Company performance is shown through financial performance which is indirectly affected by the performance of the employees who working at the company. To achieve optimal performance, companies must implement a management system that is able to train and develop the potential and actualization of employee’s performances which are to be able to contribute positively to the objectives which are to be achieved by the company. Provide employees with the knowledge and skills are not enough. Companies must be willing and able to direct their employees to be able to utilize all its capabilities by the positive synergy behavior on the performance of the company in the long run. In order to realize these conditions, companies need to optimize coaching where leaders act directly through socialization optimistic and growing thinking and empowering proactive and visionary the way to act for its employees.
