Abstract
Final report program study interior design with the titile “ Interior Design of a Dog Center in Bandung”. In caring for pets we are expected to be able to take care a pets, and fulfill the needs for our pets. In this topic the most important pets is a dogs. Dogs are one of the animals that are widely nourished by humans because dog have a different characters, making it suitable for human beings. In Bandung, the existence of Pet Park is one of the government’s efforts in supporting the community of dog lovers together and share with each other. Some events were held at the venue, but limited only to small-capacity events. In addition, there is no place to stay tthat allows bringing pets into the hotel for visitors from outside the city to fine a place to stay. Base of a background above then the construction of Dog Center and Hotel has pretty good prospect, especially is built in Bandung, as a city known for a unique attracting the interest of the tourists both from Bandung, and outside Bandung. Expected of the Interior Design of a Dog Center in Bandung project can raise more concern for pets and more care about other animals. Nowadays, there are many people who understand the importance of the health of pets, and the awareness of the health of the pet to its owners. It is a place that can accommodate and can facilitate the benefit of the owner and its pets. A place that can spoil pets that are especially dog pets. With a special place is expected to facilitate the owner to be able to pamper his dog. With a place that can support the interests of pets and their owners are expected to be able to provide a sense of comfort and safety, and provide better facilities. With a special place to be expected to facilitate the owner to maintain the health and cleanliness of the pet animals. It can also provide a container or place to leave the pet. The problems that often arise are the cleanliness, the regularity of the placement, and also the organization of space. There are several types of dogs in one space that are separated only by cages. The absence of adequate facilities to check the health of dogs that are deposited or in grooming. Separating the special spaces, providing better facilities than the previous ones. Provide a means to bring pets. In order to provide comfort in addition to pets and their owners. In addition to providing comfort for animals and owners should consider also for the workers who are in the Dog Center. Help ease the work of the workers who are in the Dog Center and facilitate the workers to work better and easier. With the Dog Center is expected to help to provide facilities for the lovers of dogs or dog-keepers who are in the city of Bandung and from outside the city of Bandung.
