Abstract
Kecis Village is one of the villages in Indonesia whose existence is still unknown to many people. The natural potential of Kecis Village is very rich, snackfruit, durian fruit, Sigondang Hill, Kali Putih River, and pine forests. However, the wealth of Kecis Village has not been fully utilized by the general public, even the local communities do not take advantage of the natural wealth of Kecis Village. In fact, only certain groups benefit for personal interests from snackfruit and durian in Kecis Village. Universitas Kristen Maranatha was present to adopt Kecis Village as a form of community service. Focusing on four core activities, forty students of Supply Chain Management class implemented the SCM theory into the practical realm according to the needs of the village. The aim from all design activities is to establish a tourism village in Kecis Village. The first activity that designed by student is the creation of innovative product from snackfruit. Secondly, the initiation of Selfie Hill on Sigondang Hill. Third, managing river tourism as a tubing river in Kali Putih River. And fourth, reseach on socio-economic mapping in Kecis Village. All these activities are directed at the preparation of Kecis Village to become a tourism village that will inspired another village in Indonesia.
