Abstract
Fashion carnival that is shown in Jember city since 2003 has become a fashion carnival art performance, internationally well known until now.The fashion costume that dressed have promoted the riches of archipelago culture heritage, global culture heritage, global issues and world tren fashion, become sub themes which presented together in every carnival events. The archipelago culture heritage is shown on different costume as youth society of Jember creativities and promoted equal at the same level with the global culture heritage. The present of archipelago culture heritage on international scale fashion costume directly flattering cultural diversity in the country, at the same time burning the unity of nation spirituality on international views. Cultural diversity to be the spesific charateristic of Indonesian is continous one yet, shown on fashion carnival together with global culture heritage is index to national affirmation identity.
