Abstract
Visual phenomenas which happened in Jember Fashion Carnaval more than one decade have showed a visual culture that can aspirate populate to found a rich of esthetics, spiritualities and humanities experiences. Those can’t be found on visual culture public town spheres. They have fulled by consummeries desire persuations as production and consumtion system targets as capitalism consequences to reach profits. Advertising installs by using information technology progress have authoried public roadway space and creating territorialities, in the means to dominating town spheres for aims to create society consummeries desires. These capitalism strategies by unconscious have created segmentation, distinct territoriallites intended to separate the space of rich’s and poor’s. Visual culture constructed and preserved by populate aspirations at public roadway space is the essence of people public sphere where populate can express their inspiration and appreciation in democracy way. No groups dominating each other. A place where populate gets freedom to encrich their aesthethic experiences expression.
