Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi dan kinerja para karyawan PT. Dirgantara Indonesia Divisi Production Engineering dengan menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode random sampling.. Data penelitian diambil berdasarkan kuesioner dari 149 responden, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisiensi determinasi (R Square) yaitu sebesar 0.250 artinya besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dirgantara Indonesia divisi Production Engineering sebesar 25% dan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
