Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap hubungan open innovation dengan kinerja perusahaan di PT Kimia Farma Plant Bandung. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Pemilihan sample dilakukan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa open innovation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intellectual capital, intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, intellectual capital mampu memediasi hubungan open innovation dengan kinerja perusahaan.
