Abstract

PT X has decrease performance which reflects from decreases in total asset and their entire financial indicator. This multi-dimensional problem not only cause by decreasing in profitability only, but also by financial management such as asset, debt, and another management which could not be explained by profitability analysis only. Liquidity of PT X reaches good performance already and shows their consistency. In some ratio PT X show that PT X has a good liquidity. Debt of PT X shows their decreases which make PT X excellent in their commitment to fulfill their interest and their liabilities. PT X finds some difficulties in their skill for account receivable. It describes in high point of average collection period. PT X also has decrease in its profitability which mainly shown by its poor rate of return on net worth ratio.
