Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether leadership styles, conflict management, and intuitive skill affect on leading change. A sample of this empirical study was conducted 1,114 data and can be used 1,096 data. The respondents are people who have a job in a formal or an informal group in Bandung. The outliers, validity, reliability, statistics descriptive, correlation, and model fit tests were conducted before research questions testing. Eight research questions were conducted, but only five research questions were examined because three constructs failed to fill reliability criteria. The regression analysis was used to examine five research questions. The results show that four research questions were supported. In the short, leadership styles that people-oriented and task-oriented, competition and accommodation, and conflict management positively affect on leading change. Whereas, intuitive skill did not affects on leading change. The implications of these findings were discussed and suggestions for the future research were advanced.
