Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruhlangsung dan tidak langsung satisfactionpada customer advocacy: trust, commitment & loyalty sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah mahasiswaaktif Ganjil 2014-2015 Universitas Kristen Maranatha jenjang S1 dan D3 secara random berdasarkan Fakultas dan Program Studi dengan menggunakan 650 responden.Hasil penelitian ini hanya tidak menunjukan pengaruhsatisfaction pada customer advocacy.
