Abstract

This research is purpose to arrange and analyze a worthingness of a project which will be build by PT Tri Esa Perkasa. The project is to build a V-8 Autoresort tour area in North Dago Pakar vicinity. V-8 Autoresort consists of some divisions, including V-8 General Autoresort Area, V-8 AutoCafe, V-8 Week-Ends Barbeque (BBQ), V-8 Coffee Shop-Bikers Area, V-8 ATV Ride, V-8 Paint Ball War Game, and V-8 AutoGallery. Feasibility of an investment can be scientifically by capital budgeting methods. Capital budgeting is consist of some method, among other the capital budgeting methods are payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and profitability index (PI). By using the four methods as mentioned above, the writer takes a conclusion that the development of V-8 Autoresort tour area project is financially feasible.
