Abstract

Human resources managementis the process of managing people in organizations. One of the human resource management process is recruitment. In recruitment process, PT X will compare qualification and requirement to identify possible skills and qualification deficits. In this research, we build a decision support system using Analytical Hierarchy Process to hire a new employees. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is a theory of measurement through pairwise comparison and relies on the judgements of experts to derive priority scales. The result of this research showed that the application could help PT X in recruitment process.
