Abstract
Global crisis that happen in 2007th has made a negative impact for Indonesia stock market, such as stock market price decreasing significantly. This condition make rearcher interested in doing research. This research is studying about Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) toward stock price and using companies in chemistry sector that include in LQ45 since 2007 th to 2008 th as samples. Samples are taken using purposive sampling methode.Multiple regression methode was use as data analysis methode. Data that used inthis research is pooling data with helpful device the SPSS program. The result of thisresearch showed that EPS and PER have a simultaneous effect toward the stock price. While in partial the EPS ratio have a positive effect toward the stock price and PER haven’t. This result indicated that investment decision that investor made while the stock market still in the impact of crisis global, they prefer chossing stock with income criteria a than measuring the suitable stock price using PER.
