Abstract
Every organization has owned rule and strategy, every people in organization stay as worker or owner or as manager. People always think, that worker is a resource which used if they have competence or skill and if they become old they will be useless and can’t do anything. In real world we must know that people is not a resource but people has own categories. People have character, and have growing in thinking not same for all time. Changing something in the system of company may have reaction from the worker and how we can change that people or worker can do more and be a good worker with new consideration.
