Abstract

Beberapa penelitian telah meneliti bagaimana budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap elemen-elemen organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini menguji apakah budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di P.T Eksonindo Multi Product Industry (Exsport). Subjek penelitian adalah 40 karyawan P.T Eksonindo Multi Product Industry (Exsport). Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji normalitas, outliers, validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif dan korelasi. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Uji Hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hipotesis budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja didukung oleh data penelitian.
