Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze perception of employees, analyze financial and non variable compensations which influence's employee motivation and effectivity performance at Energizer Indonesia Company. Data obtained from Division in PT Energizer Indonesia and also report about company profile and compensation management system, for additional information and validity of data the author interview with Division Staff. This study was done with statistik method through data which obtained from kuesioner result. This research shows that there is a significant influence of financial and non financial variable compensations incentive toward employee motivation and efectivity.
