Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test whether a controller role in assisting management to plan and control the sales. The study involved five people respondent from PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis. The technique used is field research and library research. The data obtained are the result of interviews, observation, and the replies to the questionnaires. The results showed that the percentage of the controller role in assisting the management planning and controlling sales by 85.71%. This indicates that the authors propose the hypothesis that is "Controller role in assisting management to planning and control of sales at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek.” is acceptable.
