Abstract

Purpose of this research is to formulate fails types of product any kind of happened at company, factors cause of its, action what done to lessen fails of this product, and level of action effectiveness of the quality control at CVDELI. Research method applied by writer is descriptive method, while its data collecting technique is field study by the way of observation non-patisipan and interview with the side of related to this research. While to test its effectiveness is applied different test by the way of manual and applies output software SPSS. Result of research from data gotten by data before ( mei 2008) and data after ( juni 2008), after applying of PDCA happened decay of grand total from product fails, is meaning quality control effectiveness with applying of PDCA which is new in lessening fails of product is effective
