Abstract
Social Department of RI have authority and duty in returning migrant worker have problem to direct executed nya area by Social Directorate Aid of Victim Act Hardness and Worker Migran ( BSKTK-PM). In running its duty as responsibility to public, Directorate BSKTK-PM influenced by budget coming from APBN. In this research, intake of sample use technique of interview and kuesioner written by using sample 67 migrant worker responder have problem, 25 migrant worker repatriating handling officer responder, 5 Directorate BSKTK-PM staff responder, and Director BSKTK-PM. used information budget during 5 year ( 2004-2009). Method used to analyse data in this research is in perpective descriptive analysis technique. Hence, got the result of research indicating that performance budgeting is which during the time used by Directorate BSKTK-PM still not yet pure applied, because performance still influenced by existing budget, although remain to focus at migrant worker repatriating have problem to area come from and given handling in course of migrant worker repatriating have problem to area come from to cover food, transportation, and requirement gird for the woman of child and. indicator efficacy of Directorate BSKTK-PM performance seen at level of migrant worker have problem handled a success and returned to that area.
