Abstract

Labour is one of the most important resource in a company, because the company’s success is determined by the quality of human resources. Therefore, the company should be able to create conditions that encourage and enable workers to develop and enhance capabilities and skills they have optimally, one effort that can be done by the company is giving a satisfactory compensation. The purpose of writing thesis about “ The Impact Of Compensation Toward The Productivity Of Workers in PT. Suryaputra Sarana” is to find out how and how much it’s impact by using indicators of compensation that motivate workers productivitye and output that are associated with productivity. Research studies conducted with technical literature and questionnaires distribution to 30 workers of PT. Suryaputra Sarana. Data processing techniques using SPSS program with a simple regression analysis and Pearson correlation. The finding of the process is 0.715 with the significance 0.000< . (0.05), it can be conclude that there are positive impact of compensation toward the productivity in PT. Suryaputra Sarana.
