Abstract
Salaries is paid for service result who was doing by employer who work for one month. Payroll department has very important character, because this thing is payroll side for company continuesly. For payroll deviate solving and in order to payroll process can be doing well so it’s needed by fair and well payroll accounting information systems. Problem investigation, researcher want to know how accountancy information system on PT. “X”. Research reach wanting purpose is for knowing payroll accounting information systems on PT. “X”. Problem focus on payroll about payroll accounting information systems is (1) What is the function into payroll accounting information systems for PT. “X” payroll?, (2) What is the document used by PT.”X”?, (3) What is accountancy note used by PT. “X”?, (4) What is the procedure for payroll accounting information systems in the PT. “X”?, (5) What is the result from report on payroll accounting information systems for the payroll?, (6) How is internal controls system in the PT. “X”?. Data collect method using 1) documentation, 2) observation, 3) interview, while data analysis method in order to is using descriptive qualitative method. Research result which is get in the meanwhile is explanation about that element in payroll accounting information systems which is apply for PT. “X”. Conclusion which is can take is payroll accounting information systems from PT. “X” is doing well with pay attention of investigation and research, so there are suggestion which is need get to the point in the meanwhile PT..”X” function increase carefully inside payroll accounting information systems handling, PT. “X” carefully also do cost card into payroll accounting information systems, PT. “X” carefully doing check repeatedly before giving employee salary so that never happening mistake.
