Abstract
The development of rapid business world requires management to increase the ability to control the company, including how to manage cash management. To that require management tools that can improve the function of the so-called internal controls. So this study tries to identify the elements of internal control that could support the effectiveness of cash management at PT Yoneki Prima. The method used to identify the questionnaire and interview. Results showed that internal controls at PT Yoneki Prima adequate because it contains elements of internal control is the control environment, risk estimates that may arise, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring.
