Abstract
This research is conducted to know the Influence of Financial Leverage and Capital Structure to The Alteration of Stock Price Company simultaneously and partially. The research method which used is descriptive and verificative methods wish survey approach. The population is the real estate company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchangefor period 2008-2010. Statistic test which used in this research is multiple regression, which simultaneously influence was tasted by using F test and partially influence ware tasted by using t test. The research with 5% significant level gave result that financial leverage and capital structure simultaneously did not influence to alteration of stock price significant. Partial research with 5 % significant level gave result that financial leverage had positive influence to alteration of stock price and capital structure did not have negative influence to alteration of stock price.
