Abstract
This research was carried out aimed to find out how the application of control system is applied to the C. X, and how the impact of the implementation of the management control system to the production cost efficiency in CV. X. Data used to conduct this research is the primary data, collected by observation and interview method, direct observation to the location and conduct a brief interview with the manager CV. X. Based on the observation that has been obtained, it is known that the company make comparisons, analyze and follow up the significant deviation of the cost of production, resulting in production quantities in accordance with the established, producing products in accordance with the specified completion time, and produce a quality product. Thus, it can be concluded that the company has run the process control system with good management that affect the efficiency of production costs.
