Abstract
Bengkel Panca Jaya adalah sebuah bengkel yang menangani servis motor dan penjualan spare part, Bengkel Panca Jaya mengalami kesulitan untuk mengelola kegiatan pengelolaan stok barang, absensi, penggajian mekanik, penjualan barang. Bengkel Panca Jaya juga ingin menerapkan customer relationship management kepada konsumen. Dari masalah tersebut, maka dikembangkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dengan menggunakan customer relationship management dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan menggunakan basis data SQL Server.
