Abstract

The existence of a beginner as assistant accountant public accountant should be interpreted as a single unit of work (one team) that can not be separated. Accountant beginners often experience job dissatisfaction due to the provision of guidance and supervision of the supervisor. Job dissatisfaction experienced by novice accountant will lead to a lack of professionalism in carrying out the task. In this regard, the researchers tried to identify variables that affect job satisfaction are a beginner accountant. The variables used include: supervising the actions recommended by the AECC (Accounting Education Change Commission) and job satisfaction. Supervision of the recommended actions include: aspects of leadership and mentoring, aspects of working conditions, and aspects of the assignment. Simple linear regression model was used in this study as a model of data analysis. The results showed that the influence of supervisory actions have been shown to have strong correlation and a significant influence on job satisfaction.
