Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) sebelum dan setelah krisis ekonomi global tahun 2008. Penelitia ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah masing–masing 30 perusahaan untuk tahun 2007 (sebelum krisis global) dan tahun 2009 (sesudah krisis global) yang terdaftar dalam BEI. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ROA secara parsial pada tahun 2007 dan 2009 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DPR. (2) DER secara parsial pada tahun 2007dan 2009 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DPR . (3) Secara simultan, baik ROA dan DER tahun 2007 dan 2009 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DPR.
