Abstract
Sales is one of important factor to get a higher profit. Without planning, the activities of organization will not in right way and not efficient. Budget is quantitative activities planning, and tools for help coordination of that plan. Budget can use for detect, and controlling problems, one way with using variance analysis. After know problems, organization can make better plan in the future. Field research, and library research are used in this research. Based of research, PT. Rasana has planned, and using budget to sales control, and for resolving problems.
