Abstract
At this age, Industrial and business growing looks so rapidly. Global competition and the effect of monetary crisis have made business owners in Indonesia get difficult to stand. Many of them try to stay exist by choosing the wrong way, they try to cut the budget that they think not so important, like monthly training, lower the level of recruitment, event sometimes they lower the compensation. That activity has made some problems. Woodcock, Francis, one of the psychology masters finding that the problem in a company can cause the distraction of the company’s health, and the organization’s health. Francis divide the problems into twelve that known “Blockage”. Blockage can be detected by filling the questionnaire. By knowing what blockage that the company’s have and fix it, the organization in that company will give their best effort which can bring the company to success.
