Abstract
The role of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in almost all higher education institutions throughout the world has become very important in supporting the effectiveness of the learning process. The aim of this research is to find out whether the LMS has been utilized optimally by lecturers and students at higher education institutions. The Theory of Planned Behavior is proven to be able to explain how much influence behavioral aspects towards the intention to use online learning. Testing was carried out on research samples including lecturers and students of several private universities in Bandung. These results support the model and research hypotheses that the intention to use online learning is proven to be influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This is a useful finding for every university to continue to develop and improve the LMS because it is proven that positive behavior from lecturers and students as LMS users will affect the intention to use online learning. Thus, online learning can be used in every college.
