Abstract

Ergonomics is a systematic science, which uses data regarding the nature, limitations and abilities of humans in designing a work system, so that humans can work in that system optimally, in a good, safe, comfortable, precise, simple and satisfying sense. In a sense, whether the activities we do are using the best and safe way, have the energy expended efficiently, whether we have used the right equipment and are not dangerous, whether our posture is correct so it doesn't endanger or make us likely to be injured, and so on. In carrying out all these activities, of course we want everything to be done well, fast, safe, healthy, light, easy, maximum results and satisfying. The method to determine the increasing in understanding in online questionnaire method. The result of the questionnaire concluded that there was 7-38% increase based on the question given. Introducing ergonomics to our students, it is hoped that from an early age they can start applying ergonomics in all activities in their daily lives, so that the quality of their life can be further improved.
