Abstract
Sekolah yang bermutu dan berkualitas menjadi harapan bagi setiap siswa, namun disamping itu well-being siswa perlu diperhatikan demi terselenggaranya aktifitas di sekolah yang kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori School Well-Being (Konu dan Rimpelä, 2002) untuk mengetahui gambaran School Well-Being siswa kelas XI Sekolah X Bandung. Terdapat 89 siswa yang berpatisipasi di dalam penelitian ini dengan pengambilan data menggunakan total populasi. Setiap partisipan melengkapi kuesioner yang yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan indikator-indikator School Well-Being (Konu dan Rimpelä, 2002), dan terdiri dari 36 item. Skor diberikan menurut aspek nya. Untuk menenetukan tinggi rendahnya School Well-Being maka dihitung median dari masing-masing aspek School Well-Being dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Berdasarkan pengolahan data secara statistik, School Well-Being siswa ternyata rendah (19,10%) dan tidak terdapat kaitan antara School Well-Being siswa terhadap data demografis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah School Well-Being siswa kelas XI Sekolah X Bandung rendah. School Well-Being siswa tinggi pada aspek loving dan aspek health School. Well-Being siswa rendah pada aspek having dan aspek being. Tidak terdapat kaitan antara School Well-Being siswa terhadap data demografis.
