Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan secara parsial. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah laporan keuangan yang tak disertai oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Explanatory Research yang digunakan untuk menguji lebih dalam mengenai pengaruh variable Good Corporate Governance terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakann kuisioner sebagai media untuk pengumpulan data penelitian dan menggunakan regresesi linear sederhana untuk analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistic menggunakan software SPSS diketahui bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.
