Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengetahuan keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan yang bekerja pada departemen aircraft service di PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. Sampel diambil dari populasinya dengan menggunakan metode statifikasi acak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode persamaan struktural berbasis pada varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan keuangan berepengaruh positif terhadap perilaku keuangan. Pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan.
