Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance terhadap financial distress. Mekanisme corporate governance dalam penelitian ini anatara lain kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris, dewan direksi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan textile yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010 – 2014. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 12 perusahaan textile. Indikator financial distress dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan interest coverage ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik sebagai analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini tidak mampu membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
